1). Why did you choose to make house music?

 

I feel house has something for every mood and almost every person. With so many sub genres, with house I never get bored of what I'm playing and still feel that I learn every day from experience. Whether it's more up-beat electro house or chilled out deep house, I can always find a track for my mood.

 

2). What are your aims as a Music Producer/DJ?

 

I just want to go as far as I can with my music. If I keep working at it and push further on, I feel I can always challenge myself and enjoy every moment as it pans out.

 

3). What are your views on the House Music scene at the moment?

 

Deep and tech house; I'm loving the scene. Full of so many top artists all producing music with their 'twist' on the scene.Electro/Progressive House; I'm losing interest. Too many artists producing too similar tracks to each other. If it wasn't for some artists sticking to their natural vibes and 'twist' on the scene, like Deorro & Diplo, I would have lost full interest a long time ago.

 

4). What are you're musical influences?

 

I tend to get influenced and inspired by most/all music I listen to. But my favourite artists at the moment have to be the likes of Dusky, Leftwing & Kody, Darius Syrossian, Patrick Topping, Skream and definately Hot Since 82.

 

5). What is your favourite thing about BR3AKTHRU?

 

What it is doing for the music and social networking scenes. Top work. Thanks for the opportunity.
